Jayaswals Neco Ltd. is one of India's largest diversified industrial group having multi-location, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The company has its own Pig Iron, Steel and Ferro-Alloy manufacturing plants and its ISO 9001-2000 certified foundries manufacturing over 1,00,000 MT of Castings in grade Ductile Iron, Grey Iron and Steel.
The company has dedicated foundries to manufacture automotive castings for Car, Truck and Tractor industries. We are the manufacturer, exporter and importer of Cylinder Heads for Cars, Trucks and Tractors, Cylinder Blocks, Gear Boxes Hubs, Brake Drums and Housings. The Group is having in-house CNC based Machine Shop specialized in machining of Auto Components.
The company has the facility to develop components by reverse engineering as per the customer's requirements. Apart from the supply of Pig Iron, Steel and Ferro-Alloy in India, we are also exporting good quality Cylinder Heads like Perkins, Ford, Mercedes, Landrover, Mann and Caterpillar. The company continues to invest in modern technology and new operations around the world to ensure its customers to get products of right quality at the right time and at the competitive prices.
The company has also started manufacturing Aluminum Castings through Low Pressure Die-Casting (LPDC) and Gravity Die Casting (GDC) process. Our company supplies major products to big enterprises like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra & Mahindra, L & T and John Deere. We emphasize on technical progress, scientific management, quality control and complete customer satisfaction. We have achieved extensive experience in the industry. We have attained very high reputation from many overseas markets. All the products from their designs to their last touches are under strict supervision and guidance.
